The Tennessee Home Inspector License Act of 2005 and the regulation promulgated by the Tennessee Department of Insurance and Commerce require that a written contract be entered into between the client and the licensed home inspector. You may submit the Inspection Agreement by fax or online. Please note that by submitting the Inspection Agreement Digital Signature form, you are agreeing to a legally-binding contract. Inspection fee is determined at time of scheduled event and payment is due by the day of inspection.
Online Agreement Instructions
To submit the Inspection Agreement online, please complete the Inspection Agreement Digital Signature form. Enter your name, email address and phone number, and select “Yes” to indicate that you agree to the terms of the Inspection Agreement. Then click the “Complete Inspection Agreement Digital Signature” button.
