The Tennessee Home Inspector License Act of 2005 and the regulation
promulgated by the Tennessee Department of Insurance and Commerce require that a
written contract be entered into between the client and the licensed home inspector.

on the appropriate lines for the clients digital signature. Otherwise,
please return the contract which you have signed to me by e-mail. The signing of the contract and return of the signed contract to Tri-State constitutes
your assent to the contract.
